Dr. Joel Kaplan Penis Pump

I was very impressed with Dr. Joel Kaplan's Penis Pump. It arrived in a large box, with instructions on how to assemble & use it, along with a sample of lubricant & leather strap. It was very easy to put together, & the finished product definitely is of the best quality. The tube is sturdy & large enough to accommodate any size. The small flexible tube that connects the pump & tube is a very sturdy flexible plastic - no need to worry about it breaking. The pump is easy to use, it pumps without any problem although I didn't see a real use for the gauge. The instruction booklet included in the box go over everything you could ever want to know about using a penis pump, & also includes a number to call if you have any problems & an order form for any additional accessories. I have not used it enough to see results, as I wanted it just to enhance sex (by using it before foreplay for 30 minutes). It's very comfortable, definitely top of the line as far as pumps go. I have purchased three cheaper penis pumps, & they have all broken within hours. Save the hassle & buy this one, you won't regret it!

I read alot of customer reviews about many pumps and numerous articles on pumping before I made my choice. I'm sure there are many good pumps out there but most of them are just cheaply made and you'll likely get hurt using them, think cylinder collapse! The Joel Kaplan pump is very well made. The gauge is easy to read and the pump allows you to make micro adjustments in pressure. The hose is detachable from the cylinder while in use and there is no pressure loss. The cylinder is thick walled acrylic and comfortable. There are many imitation Kaplan pumps out there so select carefully. The most important thing to remember about pumping is to start with low pressure and build slowly. Just like good bbq...low and slow. You will not see results over night, change takes time and you'll only hurt yourself by rushing. I've been using this pump for about 3 weeks and am starting to see some small changes in girth, the wife noticed too. Only time will tell if the changes become permanent but I'm sticking with it. Follow the directions that come with the pump and you'll be fine. Remember....low and slow.

It is too early to tell if this will cause any penis enlargement. Initially I could not get a seal. In the shower I could. Once a seal is established the pump works much better than any I have tried over the years. Getting the constricting ring over the lip of the cylinder is harder than it should be. The instructions are skimpy for the manual pump, but elaborate for the electrical pump. They seem to be contradictory for the basic idea of a pump.

The unit appears to be built well. Very pleased so far. Time will tell if it delivers as advertised.
