Q: What is your returns policy?
A: Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you purchase from, you may return any merchandise you find unsatisfactory. You have 3 whole months to enjoy your purchase. If any item doesn't live up to the BetterSex Promise, return it for a new one, a different one, or your money back. If any item should EVER break due to manufacturer's defect - today, tomorrow, or years from now - just send it back and we will replace it FREE! Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Merchandise returned after 90 days may only be exchanged if defective.

Q: Do I have to pay to ship the item back?
A: Shipping charges will be refunded only if merchandise is found to be defective or damaged. Shipping charges will not be refunded for merchandise found to be unsatisfactory. Please use the United States Postal Service for all returns.
Q: How will I be refunded?
A: Refunds will be made by check, or if the original purchase was made by credit card, your credit card will be credited for the returned merchandise - shipping and handling is not refundable.
Q: Can I get an exchange or refund on an item after 90 days?
A: After 90 days, merchandise may only be exchanged if defective. Once our returns department receives and inspects the merchandise, an exact replacement will be shipped out to you. If an exact replacement is not available, an appropriate substitute may be selected at our sole discretion.
